Who we are

99SA Ventures Private Limited is a private limited company registered in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. We trade as aicoworkers.com, and in this notice "we", "us" and "our" mean that company.

What this notice covers, and what it does not

This notice covers this website and the conversations you have with us — enquiries, demo calls, and email. It is short because the website does very little.

It does not cover the data an AI coworker touches once one is deployed for you. That deployment runs inside your own cloud account, under credentials your team issues, and the data it works with never arrives with us. What we may see during a build engagement is governed by the written agreement we sign with you, not by this page.

What this website collects

No analytics, no tracking pixels, and no advertising tools run on this site. We do not set cookies, so there is no cookie banner to dismiss.

What remains is what any web server sees in order to answer a request. Our hosting provider processes standard request data on our behalf, which can include:

• the IP address the request came from
• the browser and operating system reported by your device
• the page requested, and the time of the request

That data is used to serve the site and to protect it from abuse. We do not use it to build a profile of you, and we do not combine it with anything else.

When you contact us

If you email us, book a demo, or talk to us about a deployment, we keep that correspondence and the details you give us — usually a name, a work email address, a company, and notes about the workflow you want to discuss.

We keep it so we can follow up, and for as long as there is a live conversation or a live relationship. If you ask us to delete it, we will, unless we are required to keep something for tax or legal reasons.

We do not sell it, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

Who else processes it

Our hosting provider serves this site, and an email provider carries our correspondence. Those are the only third parties involved in what this notice covers.

If that changes, this page changes with it. Sub-processors involved in a deployment, if any, are named in the agreement for that deployment rather than here.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop using it. Write to hello@aicoworkers.com and a person will answer.

Depending on where you are, these rights come to you under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, the UK and EU General Data Protection Regulation, or an equivalent law. We do not ask which one applies before honouring a request.

Where the data sits

We are an Indian company, and correspondence reaches us in India. This site is served from wherever our hosting provider's network answers your request fastest.

This is separate from where an AI coworker runs. That is your cloud account, in the region you choose, and nothing about it depends on where we are.

Changes to this notice

If we change how any of this works, we will update this page and change the date at the top. We are pre-launch and working with design partners, so it is reasonable to expect this page to get longer rather than shorter over time.
