Jai (Jaya Shankar Parimi) brings 18+ years of cross-border experience building and scaling global capability centres in regulated industries. Most recently, as SVP at Health Catalyst, he led the India organization from an early-stage setup to a trusted global partner across analytics, product, engineering, and operations.

Under his leadership, the India team was recognized among India's Top 100 Great Mid-Size Workplaces, Top 10 Best Places to Work for Women, and certified as a Great Place to Work® for multiple consecutive years. That track record wasn't built on perks. It was built on operational foundations: talent systems, leadership depth, infrastructure, compliance, and risk-aware governance.

Jai's career has been defined by the build-and-scale stage, where early decisions shape long-term outcomes. He's seen what happens when organizations try to scale without the right operational backbone, and he's spent nearly two decades making sure that doesn't happen.

At AI Coworkers, Jai brings that same discipline to a different problem: helping businesses deploy AI agents that actually work inside real systems, with real governance, at real scale. His background in healthcare tech, product management (IIT Delhi), and strategic leadership (MBA, Schulich School of Business) gives him a rare ability to bridge the gap between what AI can do and what operations actually need.
